Pre Approval to adopt Piper!

Yesterday we found out that the CCAA has given us pre approval to adopt Piper. That means they will review our dossier specifically to adopt Piper (and Zoe too)!!!! We also received an update on Piper. She seems to be doing great! We also received an updated picture of her with her foster mother! She is just georgous!!! We can't wait to bring our girls home!!!!!!!
